Emergency Vehicle Toys Snap & Take-Apart

Really cool. I bought this to have during a hotel stay with a 2 and 4 year old (new small toys are the key to surviving trips with kids). I'm really glad I opened it before the trip because you have to put the stickers on all the wooden pieces which was a little tedious. Thankfully I waited until the kids were asleep and it was relaxing to stick them all on. It came with 4 vehicles so there's plenty to share. The little connector pieces can come off and would be a choking hazard so I make sure this is a toy that isn't out while the baby is out. Overall, this is a cool no battery toy for kids!
These wooden emergency vehicles are so cute and so fun for toddlers! I could hardly get them out of the box before my four year old was asking to play with them. The wood is smooth and high quality. The stickers peeled easily and fit correctly on all of the pieces. There are detailed instructions included to show which sticker pack goes with which vehicle, and they are packaged separately for convenience. I also like how many accessories were included with each vehicle to add more variety and interest (ladder, recycle bin, hose, etc).I think this is such a high quality toy, but you do have to do quite a bit of the assembly with stickers and pegs before your child can play with it. If you were to give this to a child as a gift you would definitely have to open it and assemble first. I also think the toy would be perfect if the pegs were attached to the pieces. The pegs are small, pop out easily when changing the pieces, and get lost. Overall, a very engaging toy that you can feel good about your child playing with!
Be ready for a DIY project with your older kids or for yourself. The wood pieces are smooth and generally good quality. If you don't look at the images closely enough you may miss the fact that the wood pieces are completely raw and are decorated with stickers rather than being pre-painted. Just something to be aware of. I will make this a positive by trying to get my 3 year old daughter to apply the stickers accurately enough to be useful. Wish me luck...
This is a great craft/kit for kids who love vehicles to build vehicles. The wood blocks are solid, well made, and have smooth edges. The instructions are very clear and detailed, easy to follow. Smaller kids will need some help, but its great for helping build dexterity and fine motor skills. The blocks and plastic pegs fit really well together. The pegs take a bit muscle to get in, but it is doable for little kids with a little guidance.
This is a nicely designed emergency vehicle assembly kit. The wooden pieces come separately packed for each of the emergency vehicles with a sticker set for each vehicle. The individual pieces fit together using plastic connectors that are durable but also allow the vehicles to be taken apart and put back together (this does mean that pieces might pop off sometimes if the vehicles are played with). These vehicles are a bit like a cross between a toy car and a wooden puzzle. This set would be great to have on hand for a rainy day or a visit to Grandma/Grandpa's house. They could be done all at once or individually. Younger children may need some help getting the stickers on straight if that is a priority for you.
