I’m not finished yet, so I’ll add pictures later, but this is a lot of fun to put together! I used to work in the aerospace industry and it’s fun to get back to playing with rockets again, even if they’re made of wood! I’m looking forward to finishing it and putting it in my office. Some of the pieces have been a little difficult to fit together or to pop out of the board they’re cut from, but have a little patience and everything will come together.

I have built a lot of soldering kits from this seller and they have been excellent. I love these wood models so I was excited to see them offering one.With so many marble runs out there it was good to see a neat static model of the engine that powers SpaceX. I gave a little color to some of the pieces before I started assembly. If you do this, be careful as there are many little circles and squares that set orientation and if you paint over them, there could be trouble.The build took a few hours. I broke it up into two sessions. The instructions aren't bad, but could use a little more detail when you get to placing the small clamp like wedges in the circles. They show where the first one is inserted, and then say to insert the rest. But you actually go around skipping a space that will be filled in with the parts on the next step. It would have been good if they made this more clear in the instructions. Some of the smaller pieces are difficult to insert and have to be aligned carefully. The tolerances are pretty tight. A small set of pliers would be good during assembly. There are a lot of extra parts if you break something which is excellent.When you are done, you have a nice static model to display. I wouldn't recommend this for very young children or people without a lot of patience. But if you like the detailed work of putting these 3D puzzles together, you will like this kit.

I ordered this for my son who is an aerospace engineer. He is always doing projects nearly every weekend with his daughter. It says this puzzle is for adults, but I can see the 2 of them working on it together. He's been volunteering his free time as well to his daughter's school, teaching the staff there how to do 3D printing, so this 3D printed Raptor should be right up his alley. With the weather turning cold, what a great indoor stem project to help teach engineering to a youngster---with help from an adult. An interesting stem project for anyone interested in SpaceX Starship Raptor. Fun to build and cool to display later.

This set would make a great gift for anyone who loves to tinker, work with their hands, or just loves aerospace.The set came with very clear easy to follow directions.The wood pieces snap out easily. I’ve seen some mention needing a knife. While that may help I found the parts to come out easily. They included a very small piece of sandpaper to sand off the areas where the were attacked. I wish they provided a larger piece.I’m not done assembling but so far an hour in I’ve had no issues with fit or pieces breaking.I can’t wait to get it finished. I highly recommend! It will make a great display piece.

This intricate SpaceX Starship Raptor 3 Engine 3D Wooden Puzzle is an interesting project to build. The pieces were nicer than what I thought they would be, but the smaller pieces needed a sharp crafting knife to cut them out of the boards, they fit-together easily, did not require glue to hold them together and did not need sanding. This puzzle is not for a beginner, but it does come with great instructions.
