When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.
During high-order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. If your item is out of stock or if there is a shipping delay, our customer service team will contact you directly with an update. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after they are shipped, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Where does SainSmart Jr. ship to?
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
If you would like to place an order for delivery outside our standard shipping area, please contact our customer service team at support@sainsmartjr.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We currently offer standard shipping only, and do not provide expedited or overnight options.
Alternatively, you can use any search engine such as Google or Yahoo. Simply enter the tracking number along with the word "tracking" and the carrier’s name — for example: “1Z99999999999999999 tracking UPS”
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. The final shipping rate will be shown before you complete your purchase. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, feel free to contact our customer service team
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Before reaching out, we recommend checking the tracking status and confirming that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct.
